We are seeking a talented and dedicated General Administrative and Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for organization, excellent communication skills, and a knack for social media management, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence, including responding to inquiries, forwarding important messages, and organizing emails.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients, leads, and partners to ensure effective communication and maintain relationships.
- Organize and maintain a CRM system, specifically Active Campaign, to manage client information, track communication, and ensure data accuracy.
- Send packs and information about upcoming classes to enrolled clients, providing all necessary details and resources.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, collecting required information, setting up accounts, and providing relevant materials.
- Create and email certificates or completion documents to clients upon the successful completion of classes or programs.
- Handle social media updates, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments or messages, and engaging with the audience.
- Update a web page's calendar of events with accurate and timely information, ensuring it is up-to-date at all times.
- Manage updates for Google My Business listings, including updating business information, photos, and responding to reviews.
- Coordinate and update event listings on platforms like Eventbrite, ensuring accuracy in event details, ticketing information, and timely updates.
- Assist in booking and scheduling meetings, appointments, or conference calls for the team or clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in general administrative tasks, customer service, or virtual assistance.
- Proficiency in email management, including composing professional emails and organizing email threads.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Active Campaign, and proficiency in managing client information and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and ability to create engaging content and manage social media accounts.
- Basic understanding of website management and ability to update web pages.
- Knowledge of Google My Business and experience in updating business listings.
- Familiarity with event management platforms like Eventbrite.
- Proficiency in calendar management tools, such as Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and problem-solve as needed.
