Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Process invoices and oversee collections
- Handle payroll and contributions processing efficiently
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, ensuring proper reconciliation of accounts using accounting software.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports to assist in informed management decisions.
- Execute any additional accounting tasks as directed by the client.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy with a CPA license
- Experience in using NetSuite is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Can work on-site in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental on a night shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
