Admin Staff (Ortigas & Quezon City) [Philippines]


 

Admin Staff Responsibilities:

* Will handle canvass or procurement of specific products and services.

* Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.

* Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.

* Systematically filing important company documents both with printed and digital copies.

* Forwarding all correspondence- such as letters and packages, to staff members.

* Any additional task given by the supervisor in connection with your skill and knowledge.

* Maintain records and receipts for all transactions.

* Will handle all payment for employees benefits such as Pag-ibig, Philhealth, SSS or HMO if applicable.

* Prepares or coordinate the RFPs (Request for Payment).

Job Qualifications

  • Must have at least a Bachelor degree (4-year course)
  • REQUIRED: At least 2 years work experience as an Admin Staff
  • Excellent in written and spoken English and Filipino
  • Tech-savvy and intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Organized, effective in multi-tasking and possesses good time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and has a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Self-starter and a team player
  • Willing work on weekends and holidays (unless required)
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig and in Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
