Job description
- Check completeness of all required information in the RA (reservation agreement) and completeness of required initial docs, checking of buyer's profile and payment plan for the buyers account in system.
- Evaluate buyer's capacity to pay based on the declared income, investigate / interview buyer's background and income details on questionnaire.
- Interview/verify buyer's capacity to pay based on submitted income document
- Conduct credit orientation on the process of housing loan until house turnover
- Accepts and evaluates additional requirements which will be submitted by the buyer during credit interview and secures buyer's signature on the printed PRE-NOA documents
- Recommend course of action if accounts incurred loan difference and facilitate buyers conformity in regards to loan difference
- Performs such others duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities
- Prepares reports as needed by Management

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
