Job Description:
The Organization Development Officer is responsible for manpower planning & control, organization design, job analysis & evaluation, career advancement planning, and HR metrics implementation.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Behavioral Science, or its equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Good in oral and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
