- Management of Infrastructure and Network and Facilities
- Responsible for all IT Systems within a company, including hardware and software systems.
- Plans internal and external process improvements and projects for continued service excellence.
- Manages that all Internet Equipment peripherals are properly maintained and in good running conditions at all times.
- Manages Servers activities, Network traffic and monitoring of all connection within the Telan Internet/Intranet System
- Manage Wide Area Network (WAN) installation and implementation.
- Developing backup/disaster recovery plan for network emergency
- Manage all data and software on disk/server is protected and that the proper back up plans are implemented.
- Provides training when needed.
