Marketing Coordinator


 

Regal Credit Management is one of the largest credit management firms in America with offices in New York and Los Angeles. We partner with top business management, accounting, wealth advisory, bankers, and others to help their high-net-worth and high-profile clients build, fix, and protect their credit.

To further our marketing efforts, we’ve created the Business Managers Forum, an invite-only, growing group of over 150 working professionals from Los Angeles, New York to London, where top industry leaders come to connect, grow, and make a change.

We are looking for one (1) full-time Marketing Coordinator who:

  • Will be assisting the Regal and BMF Marketing Team with tasks related to Regal US & UK and BMF US & UK

Marketing/Regal Credit Management

  • Develops, creates and executes marketing and communications campaigns and plans for Regal Credit Management and Business Managers Forum in conjunction with our goals and objectives
  • Optimize branding guidelines for both Regal Credit Management and Business Managers Forum both in the US & the UK
  • Updates existing marketing materials to reflect new information, processes and data
  • Work with Marketing Team Lead in growing the brand’s online presence and following while ensuring we adhere to social media ad budget and provides monthly and quarterly reports for engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Make sure SEO & SEM are properly set-up including website audit and revamp plans; SEO management for social media, website and blogs and identify strategic partners for backlinks
  • Conduct research on timely and relevant resources to share to internal and external partners through email campaigns, social media and BMF platform
  • Work with external partners to manage the company’s PR initiatives including but not limited to copywriting and content management
  • Create marketing assets and communication materials, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media graphics, presentation decks to promote RCM and BMF services to internal and external partners
  • Provide assistance and support in the launch and sustainability of the BMF Job Board as needed
  • Works closely with BMF US & UK Membership and Partnership Coordinators in onboarding, monitoring and sustaining member and partner relationships
  • Provides overall assistance and support to the Marketing team including managing and delegating tasks to BMF US and UK Membership and Partnership Coordinators
  • Provide feedback to Marketing Manager and Team Lead in identifying team processes, protocols and guidelines to be improved or updated
  • Report on key metrics for every email and social media campaign with the ability to analyze performance and effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Primarily in-charge of implementing BMF events and meetings in coordination with internal and external partners and ensuring all timelines are met
  • Will do ad hoc projects as needed to assist and provide support to the team and its projects

Skills & Personality Requirements

  • Must have/be pursuing a degree in Business, preferably Marketing
  • Must be thorough in research and be detail-oriented
  • Must be familiar with G-Suite Products (Google Sheets & Docs)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Impeccable follow-through, and the ability to communicate with the team
  • Powerful verbal and written communication skills — in-person, phone, and email
  • Experience in event planning is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
