Admin Assistant (3rd batch, Pasig)


 

Job Description

  • Monitor the service quality to ensure experience/service quality meets the standard.
  • Handle inquiries and account-related requests from customers.

  • Assist in liaising with internal and external parties to ensure incident resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year in Admin/Call Centre/Other related fields.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and pays attention to details.
  • Able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Late shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
