Reports to: Creative Director

Primary Purpose: We are seeking a highly talented and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Creative Director. In this role, you will be responsible for executing projects and supporting our Creative Director in delivering exceptional creative work. The ideal candidate will possess unparalleled graphic design skills, extensive experience in editing and copywriting, and a solid background in creative e-commerce. Additionally, knowledge in brand values, brand presentation, sustainable design, lifestyle/health/wellness, and expertise across the digital media landscape is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute hands-on design projects with a focus on delivering amazing senior-level graphic design.
  • Utilize senior-level editing and copywriting skills to create compelling and impactful content.
  • Apply creative e-commerce experience to develop innovative and user-centric UI/UX designs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing packaging for beauty products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience.
  • Serve as the execution arm for the Creative Director, working closely to bring their vision to life.
  • Utilize knowledge of brand values and presentation to maintain consistency and elevate brand identity across various touch points.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in sustainable design, lifestyle/health/wellness, and the retail startup scene.
  • Explore and leverage the potential of AI and web3 technologies to enhance creative processes and outputs.
  • Design labels, packaging, and store signage that align with the brand's aesthetic and objectives.
  • Take responsibility for photo editing, 3D renderings, and organizing photoshoots for products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating product designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Be hands-on and proactive, willing to handle various creative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Senior-level Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills.
  • Extensive background in editing and copywriting, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality content.
  • Creative ecommerce experience, including UI/UX design and an understanding of user behavior and best practices.
  • Proficient in designing packaging for beauty products, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional excellence.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of brand values, brand presentation, sustainable design, and lifestyle/health/wellness.
  • Familiarity with the digital media landscape, omni-channel strategies, and the retail startup scene.
  • Ability to utilize AI and web3 technology to enhance creative processes and create innovative solutions.
  • Expertise in designing labels, packaging, store signage, and executing 3D renderings.
  • Strong photo editing skills and experience organizing and managing photoshoots.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design aesthetics and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
