RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willing to start immediately and work on-site
- Have good communication skills
- BPO/CSR experience is an advantage (Open for Fresh Graduates)
- Must be College Graduate
- Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, and computer skills
