Customer Service Representative - Onsite


 

Job Summary

Do you have a keen interest in the world of comic books and comic book collectibles? Our US based client, one of the largest dealer of vintage comic books in the world, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to work as part of the team in helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. Team members will help manage the onboarding of new customers, collect, organize, and respond to customer support requests, and ensure the growth and satisfaction of your customers. Their duties include communicating with customers over the phone, email and/or chat, filling out forms after each interaction to determine frequent customer feedback or questions and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies. There will be opportunities for personal development and training. You will also experience the exciting business of collecting and auctioning comic books.

* This is an Onsite Position, working the Night Shift - Monday to Friday 9 pm to 6am following a US Holiday schedule. There will be opportunities for night shift premium as well has holiday pay.*

Role and Responsibilities

  • Listening to customers’ concerns to identify and assess customer needs to determine resolution
  • Providing detailed explanations of services or products
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
  • Communicating with customers through email or chat as well as over the phone or on social media
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
  • Referring customers to supervisors when necessary
  • Provide administration support for auctions
  • Monitor auctions and communicate with clients regarding auction efforts
  • Proofread and correct communications and documents in English
  • Working with a corporate team to create better methods to address customer complaints

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in Customer Support
  • Experience with providing customer service via phone and email
  • Experience with customers support software (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Keen attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Service-oriented and driven to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Can work effectively and efficiently while being independent
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on team success
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexible about shift schedules
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel – including pivot tables) and Slack

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php27,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
