SCOPE OF WORK:
- Checking, Recording of Daily Time Record of all employees (direct and manpower agency)
- Timekeeping monitoring of attendances and reports of tardy and absent employees
- Forwarding of DTR of all employees for payroll
- Checking of billing accuracy for labor costing
- Consolidation of all the hours of the staffs every end of the month for submission with area accountants
- Updating of SSS loan contribution payment (for receiving)
- Updating of SSS premium contribution (for receiving)
- SSS premium contribution/SSS loan consolidation
- Approval of SSS online loan
- SSS Maternity leave requirements consolidation
- Alpha list generation for all mandatories
- Ensures Government Mandatories Contribution be remitted to government
- Clearance process
- Terminal pay process
- Sending of payslip every payout
- Computing of 13th month pay
- SL conversion computation
- Uniform charging for ATD
- Assist other HR related needs/concern
Skills and Qualifications:
Candidate must be a college graduate of Psychology or equivalent
At least two (2) years experience in compensation and benefits
Experience in compensation and benefits in the food industry is a definite advantage
Must have knowledge in all aspects of mandatories and employee benefits
Can work with minimum supervision Proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD
Has great oral/written communication skills (English and Filipino, plus local dialect where applicable)
Willing to relocate or change of office/meeting location
