The Role
The HR Coordinator will support the HR team across the full range of functions including Recruitment, Learning and Development, HRIS, and HR projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the HR team day to day.
- Manage some of our HR platforms (eLearning and recruitment)
- Manage our shared mailbox.
- Support the recruitment function (subject to experience)
- Allocated project-based tasks.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience supporting an HR team, strong preference for someone who has also done recruitment (reviewing resumes, phone screens, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Relevant generalist human resource management experience (or currently studying HR).
- Ability to work self-directed at times.
- Robust time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels internally or externally.
- High level of diplomacy, professional integrity, ethics, and discretion
- Approachable and empathetic
Good to have
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams. SharePoint.
- Experience using eLearning platforms and e-recruitment systems.
