Overview:

Reporting to the Offshore Mortgage Planning Team Lead, Junior Loan Processor will support the onshore mortgage planners to conduct loan strategy calculations and communicate directly with Australian customers and banks. You will be assigned to look after specific customers’ loans from the beginning till the end, and process all paperwork and documentation as required.

The monthly workload is to manage about 60 files. KPIs will be measured by a mixture of holistic indicators e.g., work time spent on each loan stage, customer reviews, leadership feedback, peer reviews, and contribution to the learning & development of other staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Breakdown sophisticated numbers accurately from complex bank jargon into easy-to-understand layman language that customers can understand.
• Manage relationships of loan contracts with the bank for customers.
• Handle the flow of the loan application and update customers right through the entire process to keep them at ease.
• Update all CRM databases as required

Requirements:

• Familiarity with common banking terms and computer software
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• With technical know how on documentation requirements in housing loans
• Accurate and efficient in data entries
• Coordination skills in dealing with Bank lenders on housing loan processing

Essential Requirements:

• Min. 1+ years of experience in Australian HOME LOAN processing and documentation
• Proven experience in banking documentation compliance.
• Must be knowledgeable with Apply Online
• Bonus if has a background in working with Infinity, and HubSpot.
• Capable of ordering different types of valuations.
• Familiar with different Lender required documents such as preparing Lender Application Forms and DA forms.
• Proven experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
