We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ad campaigns. You will be tasked with creating, updating, and monitoring ad copy, keywords, bids, and other elements of a company's online marketing strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns. The candidate should be able to quickly assess an account, develop a strategy to improve results for the key metrics, and most importantly implement and improve on that strategy over time through testing. Paid Media Manager must be well-versed in digital marketing best practices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute paid search/retargeting (Google Search, Google Display, Google Tag Manager, Google Paid Ads)
- Targeted keyword research
- Track keyword positions
- Keyword optimization per client's directives
- Help with backlinking
- Publish content on the website - client to provide content/creative
- Build and optimize across ALL social platforms: FB/IG, TikTok, etc. - client to provide parameters for optimization
- Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters, basic QA, etc. - client to provide prescriptive direction and ongoing oversight
- Organize and maintain digital assets library in Airtable or similar software
- Templated reporting and dashboarding - client to provide templates
- Ad hoc digital marketing tasks as requested - client to provide training and/or prescriptive direction as/if needed
The Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following:
- 2+ years of experience with Google Ads
- Experience with G Suite
- Basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite, or similar analytics tool
- 2+ years of social media ad buying experience is must-have
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Campaigns (App, Display, Search, Shopping, Video, Performance Max)
- Good understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and marketing briefs
- Experience handling multiple accounts (Meta and Google Ads)
It would be nice if the candidate also has the following:
- Experience working in a start-up or early-stage company
