Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates for open positions.

- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with qualified candidates to evaluate their skills, competencies, and motivations. Determine their suitability for specific positions and present shortlisted candidates to the client.
- Administer and evaluate various assessments, tests, or other pre-employment screening tools to gauge candidates' technical skills, personality traits, or cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for recruitment needs. Understand their hiring goals, company culture, and specific job requirements.
- Utilize an ATS to track and manage candidate information, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Facilitate the negotiation process between the client and the selected candidate, including discussing compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.
- Collaborate with the client and assist in coordinating the onboarding process for successfully hired candidates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency or RPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
