Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Shopify Expert. As a Shopify Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting e-commerce operations, specifically focused on Shopify. This is a remote role with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload new products, update descriptions and images, and ensure accurate inventory management
Process customer orders, coordinate shipping logistics, and handle inquiries related to orders
Conduct regular updates, theme customization, and troubleshooting on Shopify
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address issues in a timely manner
Monitor website performance, track metrics, and generate reports for marketing assessment
Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and optimize content
Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and advertising initiatives
Keep informed about the latest e-commerce and Shopify trends, suggesting improvements for better customer experience
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Shopify and e-commerce operations
Knowledgeable in SEO principles and Google Analytics
Proficiency in using Shopify platform and related tools
Familiarity with order management, inventory control, and customer support within Shopify
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with optimizing Shopify websites
Ability to conduct research efficiently and summarize findings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
