Local Visibility is a growing digital marketing agency in Florida that specializes in lead generation for home improvement & service companies in the US and Canada.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Manager to join our team. As the Paid Ads Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing lead generation pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for our local service, and home improvement clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid search campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to optimize campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results
- Continuously test and optimize ads to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising and share insights with the team
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising
- Experience running lead-generation campaigns for US local service companies
- Complete command of the English language (speaking and writing)
- Have a stable internet connection and power supply (backup preferred)
- Comfortable communicating by Slack & Zoom video
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics, including experience with campaign setup, management, and optimization
- Proven track record of driving results through PPC advertising
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
