Job Responsibilities
We conduct video classes to Korean students of different age groups and levels.
- Prepare and deliver the lesson in a fun and engaging way to improve students' conversing skills
- Give the students prompt corrections in areas of pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar by typing them on the board
- Track the students' monthly progress, recommend appropriate book material based on the student's level and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree holder in any field
- 20-29 yo, has a good personality, a team player with a positive work attitude
- demonstrates passion for teaching English to Koreans of different age groups and levels
- has a good command of the English language with American or neutral accent, computer-literate, with good multi-tasking skills
Work Schedule
- 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Salary: Php 13,000.00 - Php 20,000.00 plus incentives
For 15 students: (375 mins or 6.25 hrs.) Salary = 20,000 pesos
For 14 students: (350 mins or 5.83 hrs.) Salary = 18,000 pesos
For 13 students: (325 mins or 5.42 hrs.) Salary = 17,000 pesos
For 12 students: (300 mins or 5.00 hrs.) Salary = 16,000 pesos
For 11 students: (275 mins or 4.58 hrs.) Salary = 14,000 pesos
For 10 students: (250 mins or 4.17 hrs.) Salary = 13,000 pesos
INCENTIVES
- Quarterly Bonus of Php 1,500.00 is granted for maintaining a perfect attendance over a span of three successive months.
- Student Retention Incentives are for teachers who keep the same students and their number for three months. Each student corresponds to a reward of Php 100.00. For instance, if the teacher is given 15 students initially, but 1 of them discontinue, and she maintains a consistent enrollment of 14 students for three months, she will receive Php 1,400.00.
- Enrollment Incentives. Each passed level test corresponds to Php 100.00. If the teacher conducted 20 level tests within a month, and 15 of them resulted in successful enrollments, she will be entitled to receive Php 1,500.00.
- Monthly Report Completion. Teachers who complete a certain number of student progress reports each month will receive Monthly Report Completion Incentives. For each completed MR, a reward of Php 50 will be provided. Reaching 30 completed MRs will result in a total of Php 1,500.
- Referral Incentives are awarded when the teacher has referred someone successfully. She'll receive Php 1,000 for each referral that turns out to be successful.
- Skill-Based Increase Given when the teacher acquires new skills or certifications that contribute to their role's effectiveness.
- Promotion Increase Given when the teacher is promoted to a higher position with greater responsibilities.
- Longevity Increase Based on the teacher's years of service within the organization.

If you do well in the phone interview, you'll move on to an assessment test which will take place at our office. Expect to receive an SMS and an email for instructions. The assessment will include a basic grammar test, pronunciation drills, typing speed, and a 15-minute mock class.
After passing the assessment, we'll schedule your training start date.
