The Role
- Assist with order tracking and issues support in Amazon Seller Central
- Pull documents and validate info in Carta for various stakeholders
- Calendar management and coordination (scheduling / rescheduling meetings, time-zone management, etc.)
- Agenda management and meeting briefing (i.e. daily prep for meetings, key task reminders, pre-meeting notes)
- Assist with small tactical doc prep (create and polish 1-pagers and small decks)
- Take meeting notes and create follow-up items
- Perform expense report administration / data entry
The Requirements
- 2+ years experience supporting executives / C-level teammates as an EA
- Basic to intermediate Excel / Sheets experience
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with GMail and slack for internal comms
- Experience with Notion or similar tool for note taking / basic project management
- Ability to work EST
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Familiarity with Concur for expense report management (or similar tool)
