Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in both Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads
- Experienced in Klaviyo and HubSpot CRM preferred
- Basic knowledge of email analytics preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and Basecamp
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities
- Plan and set up effective paid search campaigns, including ad groups and ad copies, tailored to specific keywords and target audiences.
- Analyze and optimize existing Google Ads & Meta (Facebook) campaigns
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids as per the target goal
- Run split tests to compare different ad variations, headlines, and calls-to-action to determine the most effective combinations.
- Generate reports from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads and other tools/software based on client needs
- Conduct QA on campaigns such as but not limited to budget, audience, ad schedule and ad copies to ensure they match the campaign brief
- Update Google Slide and other presentations for weekly meetings with clients
- Assist with client onboarding tasks such as setting up ad accounts and access to necessary platforms
- Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior
