Area Manager for Healthcare account


 
  • Supervises Field Merchandising and Activation Supervisors and ensures that they are monitoring their people regularly
  • Appraise FMAS performances
  • Ensures that activities are implemented based by FMAS on the approved operational guidelines and in accordance with the proper scheme and procedures stipulated in the Client’s advise by conducting a back checking and field work.
  • Execution briefing for FMAS and project based personnel
  • Helps Field Merchandising and Activation Supervisors in manpower training for promotional and merchandising activities
  • Develops information of database within his area of responsibility.
  • Submits and do update presentations to respective distributors
  • Identifies, conceptualizes and recommends innovative promotions and merchandising programs in his area of responsibility
  • Submits reports promptly (ER, etc)
  • Maintains good relationship with all the clients, supervisors and managers of accounts covered, distributor
  • Responsible for the on-time execution of the projects by ensuring that whatever approved proposal is cascaded to the Branch Managers and Supervisors in his area of responsibilities.
  • Coordinates with the Client for trade-related promotions as needed

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Abide by and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties, and responsibilities to be assigned by AMI in due course;
  • Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by AMI through its authorized representatives;
  • Perform any other administrative on non-administrative duties as assigned by any of AMI’s representatives from time to time either through direct written order or by verbal assignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
