- Assisting in day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing the data such as Timekeeping, Absences, Leaves, etc.
- Assist in recruitment process
- Facilitates billing utilities
- Renewal of permits and licenses.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources or related field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in Timekeeping, Employee relations, recruitment and admin duties.
- Knowledgeable in Compensation and Government Benefits.
