HR/Admin Assistant


 
  • Assisting in day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing the data such as Timekeeping, Absences, Leaves, etc.
  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Facilitates billing utilities
  • Renewal of permits and licenses.

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Timekeeping, Employee relations, recruitment and admin duties.
  • Knowledgeable in Compensation and Government Benefits.
