HonorVet Technologies is looking for dedicated and experienced professionals in recruiting profession who have experience in Healthcare Recruiting.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting varying levels of candidates to fill our open requirements. Creative, outside-the-box thinking is encouraged.
  • Conducting interviews with candidates, including first-level interviews and technical screening.
  • Assisting in the formatting of candidate resumes and submitting them to the end Client
  • Participating in weekly meetings, contributing feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates.
  • Scheduling phone screens and face-to-face interviews for candidates.
  • Managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
  • Working closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers and sending updated on daily basis.
  • Developing an action plan for recruiting the best fit for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Procuring people for different Healthcare Requirements (Clinical, Non-Clinical & Allied).
  • Using niche platforms/sourcing portals, to source potential candidates.
  • Conducting interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
  • Ensuring the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms according to the policy and guidelines, while maintaining data integrity.
  • Delivering a superior new hire experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment onboarding process.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding, training, process, and support documentation and aids for colleagues as needed.
  • Provide support to the US HR Manager, if required.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with minimum 1 - 4 years of relevant experience. (Experience in hiring RNs, LPNs, CNA, and other clinical roles is a MUST!)
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
  • Must be comfortable working EST shifts.
  • Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
  • Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
  • Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
  • Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
  • The ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
