Company Overview: We are a dynamic and innovative company that leverages Zoho applications to streamline our client's business processes and enhance overall efficiency along with an entire suite of managed WordPress website services. We are seeking a talented and motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. Up until this point we have been primarily referral only and we're ready to offer our services to new clients.

Job Summary: As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, and persuasively promoting and selling products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to build rapport with customers. We are highly selective in choosing our sales team members as our reputation is built on a no-pressure, friendly support services company. This is why we are offering a base salary with paid commissions on each sale that is completed.

We want to find the right client, not just sell to sell.

With this position you will be contacting clients via phone and email. It is critical that your grammar, punctuation, and phone voice is clear, concise, and accent-free (as much as possible).

The interview process will require you to sell us one of the services that we offer. Please make sure to do your research ahead of time and be prepared, as all of our services can be discovered via Google or you may ask us directly any questions to better prepare yourself. We want to see you succeed, we just need to see the initiative from you as well.

Job Role: This is a contract to hire position. We will evaluate your ability to handle new challenges, team work cooperation, and how you think outside the box to achieve the tasks set in front of you. The evaluation period can be up to 6 months before a job offer is extended.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
  • Introduce products or services and create interest through effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Articulate product details to potential customers in a compelling manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Update sales progress and activities regularly.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall sales strategies.
  • Share insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php125.00 - Php200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
