Supcart Philippines and M-Commerce (An importation and E-commerce Company) Is looking for another Finance Supervisor to join our team in Pinagbuhatan Pasig city who will assist with the planning, organization, leadership, and supervision of our Tiktok Department's financial activities. Responsible for the development of financial analyses and reports for management, costing analysis, and acting as the Finance department's leader.
Job Description:
- Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, such as managing cash flow, monitoring budgets, and overseeing financial transactions.
- Developing financial reports and presenting them to senior management, including financial statements, Trial Balances, budget forecasts, and other financial analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and financial regulations and standards.
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures that promote financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Managing a team of finance professionals; training, and mentoring staff members.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborating with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure that financial data is accurate and consistent across all departments.
- Overseeing the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as other financial reports required by regulatory bodies.
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Atleast 2 years of experience in Financial Analyses
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures is essential. This includes an understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, P&L ,taxation, and financial reporting.
- Having a CPA or CFA certification is beneficial but not required.

- Willing to work on-site at Pinagbuhatan Pasig City

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
