This is H&M.
- You are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your store.
- You work together with the management team to keep the store up to date and well informed of all administrative policies and routines.
- You ensure the store adheres to the company Accounting, Payroll and cash handling policies and procedures to comply with legislation and prevent losses
Sales & Profit
- You regularly analyze and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and together with the Visual Merchandisers you take action to maximize sales
- Together with your Store Management team, you set the hours plan for your department in line with the sales budget
- Together with your Store Management team, you ensure scheduling for your department maximizes conversion and is within the frame of the hours plan
- You plan and prioritize actions together with your team that have a clear impact on sales
- You give input to your Store Manager and Area team on allocation and replenishment to ensure good garment levels in your department according to sales
- You ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool
- Together with your Visual Team, you ensure the implementation of the Commercial Handbook in your department
- You ensure Store Operations & Best Practices are followed in your department and throughout the store
- You ensure H&M Customer service standards are delivered in your department and throughout the store
- You ensure that the maintenance in your department is managed in a cost-efficient way to meet H&M standards and initiate any appropriate action accordingly with your Store Management team
- You actively prevent loss and ensure your department follows appropriate guidelines
- You inform your Store Manager of any potential risks, threats and opportunities related to the competitor landscape
- Ensure that all technical equipment (tills, scanners, back office equipment) are in working order and any faults are reported and followed up
- Prepare the cash points daily with correct floats, stationary and perform required cash lifts. Ensuring the end of day routines are supported
- Help all staff to be knowledgeable in the cash point procedures and best practices to provide the best customer service and prevent administration or cash losses
- Prevent stock loss by verifying reduction and garment transfer routines to ensure correct bookings
- Along with the management team keep a tidy and organized back of house, following safety and security requirements
- Ensure the correct key handling procedures are adhered to by all staff and management
People &Team
- You manage the recruitment, training, development and succession planning for your team
- Train and educate the staff and management teams on administration procedures.
- Communicate all accounting and cash handling routines and policies within the store.
- Keep the team up to date with relevant news and changes.
- You evaluate and manage the performance of your team; give regular feedback, execute dialogues, development plans, follow-up and take any appropriate action to improve performance and develop your team
- You actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support the business and store needs
- You ensure clear communication with your team on business performance, company culture and store and department goal
- You ensure that Health & Safety, legal and security issues are being handled in accordance with H&M standards and local laws, ensuring employee and customer safety at all timesYou strengthen our company culture by promoting feedback in our daily work and coach your team to do the same
Administration
- Complete all cash handling, accounting and personnel requirements in a secure, accurate and timely manner
- Pro-actively prevent administration mistakes and cash losses and follow up daily on the status
- Complete the required reports and data entry
- Communicate with the relevant people in the business (e.g. Accounting, Payroll department, IT, Controlling, Security)
- Report any mistakes, losses or improper practices and follow up in the correct manner
- has at least 2 years of relevant retail store experience
- with proven leadership abilities and has the right business mindset
- is people and team focused
- has the ability to provide the best customer experience

- This will be a full-time position in our store in SM Pampanga.
- You will be reporting to the Store Manager
