Aligned Performance Institute is hiring a talented HubSpot Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with a variety of professionals at all levels and develop alliances to work together toward common goals. This role will require the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced work environment. The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for designing workflows, creating campaigns, designing landing pages and websites, day-to-day administration and management of HubSpot and other CRM platforms, providing technical support, coordination of issues to vendors for a timely resolution, training of users and drafting of necessary technical documentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for the designing, creation, and implementation of marketing campaigns, presentation of analytical data in a form of a dashboard and any other reporting format required, platform administration and management, providing technical support, training technical team and systems users, and producing technical documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Understands the required user experience and user interface according to the target market.
· Understand sales pages, upsell pages, and thank you pages that set results and outcomes.
· Thinks analytically and critically to come up with the right solution to address issues or concerns.
· Proactively determines any functionality that the site must support or develop from scratch to determine the
type of technology to use and assess complexity.
· Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions like content downloads,
site page visits, etc.
· Works to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
· Manages day-to-day administration and management of the HubSpot platform.
· Establishes and maintains scalable processes to ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
· Designs and execute prospecting lead and customer nurturing campaigns.

· Design smooth logical workflows in all CRM platforms
· Designs web pages and funnel layouts based on the end-to-end sales process and user experience using
HubSpot and other tools are available in a timely manner.
· Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, email, and landing page template
designs. Call to action, etc within HubSpot platform.
· Creates the best user experience for easy understanding, navigation, and use of the platform and web pages.
· Measures results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
· Creates dashboards and automation in HubSpot and other CRM systems.
· Creates reports needed by system users.
· Supports platform configuration changes to ensure internal efficiencies.
· Provides support for day-to-day operations, infrastructure, and configuration management.
· Proactively collaborate with vendors and other business applications to resolve technical issues in a timely
manner.
· Produce technical documentation of existing processes and workflows to strengthen institutional knowledge.
· Create technical documentation of all outputs.
· Performs other tasks that will be needed in the completion of the project and necessary in the business
operation.
· Quality checks project through a series of testing to identify any possible technical problems that may be
encountered while observing standard operating procedures for project quality assurance.
· Ensures adherence of CRM strategies to standard operating procedures, processes, and company branding
and image.
· Ensuring all communication activities are entered correctly and information is up to date.
· Ensures platform security protocols are in place and updated.
· Ensures responsiveness of the website to different screen sizes and electronic devices.
· Maintains and manages all information in all CRM systems.
· Maintains platform dashboards and update as needed.
· Ensure the operational health of the platform is in good condition.
· Develop tests and optimize results.
· Provides testing and QA support as needed.
· Stays abreast with advances in computer technology and its effect on our business.
WORK SCHEDULE: Ideal Schedule: M-F 9 AM – 5 PM CST
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Dashboard Building and Reporting - The ability to make data available through creative and systematic
presentations ready for reporting.
· CRM System Administration and Management - Demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing programs,
workflow, and campaigns.
· Business Process and Workflow Designing - The ability to design and implement an effective and efficient
workflow that will be translated to campaigns.
· Business Acumen - The ability to understand the end-to-end process of sales and marketing with the aim to
achieve the goal of high conversion rates or translation of leads to sales.
· Web Page Designing - The eye for good design and page layout based on the end-to-end sales process and
user experience.
· Analytical and Critical Thinking – Analyze problems and issues that may arise during project development and
be able to find solutions to address the issues logically and technically.
· Technical Support - The ability to render technical support and perform website maintenance.
· Technical Documentation - The ability to produce comprehensive process documentations and manuals that will
be used as knowledge-based references.
· Mentorship - Ability to train users and provide proper guidance in the use of platforms to reduce user support.
· Must have advanced knowledge and experience in the following:
> HubSpot and/or any CRM
> Digital Marketing
> Funnels
· Self-Starter – proactive to think things through and come up with solutions to uplevel the brand, keep the site
updated with all the cool things we do like books, events, TV shows, blogs, etc.
· Leadership – a consistent performer who ensures things are done accordingly with the best output and a
person who can advance their roles/tasks/responsibilities on their own.
· Research Skills – stay abreast with technological development and advancement to keep pace with market
trends and industry standards.
· Communication Skills – strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
