Office Administrative Assistant


 

The Office Assistant is responsible for the following tasks

  • Provide administrative support through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings and reordering supplies.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Make sure to accommodate and monitor visitor passage in the office area for security purposes.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Graduate.
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Average to good in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
