The Office Assistant is responsible for the following tasks
- Provide administrative support through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Make sure to accommodate and monitor visitor passage in the office area for security purposes.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College Graduate.
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Average to good in written and verbal communication skills.
- Has good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
