We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented research specialist is responsible for conducting research and providing support to the research team. The Research Specialist will work with a variety of data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and websites. They will use a variety of statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze the data and generate insights.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing objectives and designing research projects and proposals.
- Testing, modifying, and implementing new methodologies and procedures as well as choosing the right research strategies and approaches

Collect, clean, and analyze data- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze data.
- Propose methods for improving the quality of research and team productivity

- Generate reports and presentations that communicate insights from data
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience as a Research Specialist
- Knowledge of research principles, concepts, practices, and methods
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skillsComputer literacy and strong mathematical, analytical, and research skills
- Must be familiar with software and research tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- PC or laptop with a processor that is at least 8GB RAM, Intel Core i3 or equivalent, and Windows 10 (for both primary and backup equipment)
- Stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber), internet backup such as Pocket WiFi or Mobile Hotspot
- Ability to work the graveyard shift from 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM Philippine Time
