We're currently looking for an experience Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant that will be assigned to work as an admin assistant to a New York-based executive.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes/communications on behalf of the owner.
- Assist in day-to-day business and/or personal concerns of the owner.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendar.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Prepare documents required if needed.
- Create and maintain digital filing systems
- Record, compile and distribute minutes of meetings
- Research on industries, prospect clients, general data needs
- Other general duties as required and approved by the management

Qualifications
- At least 2yrs of solid experience as an admin assistant or executive assistant
- Efficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Someone with very good English communication skills
Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 9pm-6am (Philippine Time)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,000.00 per month
