Executive Assistant

We're currently looking for an experience Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant that will be assigned to work as an admin assistant to a New York-based executive.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Manage email inboxes/communications on behalf of the owner.
  • Assist in day-to-day business and/or personal concerns of the owner.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendar.
  • Handle requests for information and data.
  • Prepare documents required if needed.
  • Create and maintain digital filing systems
  • Record, compile and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Research on industries, prospect clients, general data needs
  • Other general duties as required and approved by the management

Qualifications

  • At least 2yrs of solid experience as an admin assistant or executive assistant
  • Efficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Someone with very good English communication skills

Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 9pm-6am (Philippine Time)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

  • admin/executive assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
