JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor and analyze customer accounts and transactions for potential fraudulent activity
- Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious transactions, identifying patterns and trends indicative of fraud
- Communicate with customers to verify transactions and gather additional information when necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as fraud prevention, risk management, and security, to report and address identified fraud cases
- Take appropriate actions to block or flag suspicious transactions, ensuring the security of customer accounts
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for handling sensitive customer information and adhere to data privacy regulations
- Provide timely and accurate fraud-related information to customers, explaining fraud prevention measures and security protocols
