JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitor and analyze customer accounts and transactions for potential fraudulent activity
  • Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious transactions, identifying patterns and trends indicative of fraud

  • Communicate with customers to verify transactions and gather additional information when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as fraud prevention, risk management, and security, to report and address identified fraud cases
  • Take appropriate actions to block or flag suspicious transactions, ensuring the security of customer accounts
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines for handling sensitive customer information and adhere to data privacy regulations
  • Provide timely and accurate fraud-related information to customers, explaining fraud prevention measures and security protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
