Job Description
- Responsible for daily operations of Administration and Clerical activities
- Responsible for issuing accountabilities, equipment during on boarding of employees
- Maintains key and locker management
- Processing of clearance for offboarding employees
- Maintains purchases for daily supplies for visits and executives (track supplies)
- Prepares and release of supplies as requested
- Filling and safekeeping of documents related to admin
- Prepares gatepass/work permit as requested by vendor or another department
- Coordinate with admin third party vendor for all requests (via call or email: daily deliver of drinking water,
- Coordinate with operations and other department for their needs associated with admin (employee
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in computer databases
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
