Responsibilities:

1. Manage schedules and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for executives.
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Provide administrative support, including file management and general office tasks.
4. Handle communication by screening calls, emails, correspondence, and drafting documents.
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
6. Assist with client communication and relationship management.
7. Take minutes during meetings
8. Make travel and accommodation arrangements

Qualifications:

1. Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
2. Excellent MS Office knowledge
3. Outstanding time management skills
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
7. Proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Professional demeanor and proficient client interaction skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Imus City, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
