Responsibilities:
- Communicates right kind of alternatives for completion in a well-timed way.
- Informs customers about solutions to choose from and determines client demands.
- Provides useful recommendations, coaching and support to lower level personnel.
- Provides support, instruction and troubleshooting assistance to lower level personnel.
- Schedules work to guarantee precise phone coverage; examines priority of telephone calls and changes escalated telephone calls to reassure remedy to difficulties.
- Prepares standardized reviews to observe workload, response time and caliber of input.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Nice to have:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
