Responsibilities:
- Cross market useful products and services or items supplied by the company.
- Provide reliable, remarkable support to every consumer by using all obtainable tools and resources.
- Perform customer service systems when needed.
- Determine and examine support levels when really needed.
- Make ideas to develop procedures and specialized tweaks.
- Using a computer generated procedure, takes action to user enquiries in a call center setting.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Nice to have:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php31,000.00 per month
