Assists the Front Office Manager in the monitoring of Front Office staff and ensures that employees adhere to front office policies and procedures; manages guest complaints; takes appropriate actions when needed; and submits reports to the FO Manager in a timely manner.
- Candidate must be of Hotel and Restaurant Management course.

- Good communications skills
- Front Office Management and Guests Relations experience
- Minimum of one year of hotel front desk supervisory experience, accounting procedures, reservations, and general administrative tasks.
