1. Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording;
2. Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation;
3. Organize and maintain original data;
4. Assure files are properly prepared and save to back-up drives to prevent data loss;
5. Update existing data records and generate reports as needed;
6. Stay up-to-date on changes in data entry procedures;
7. Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with;
8. Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management;
9. Self-audit your work, checking for errors or duplication;
10. Do other tasks related to the position or as requested by the department head.
