Job Responsibilities:
- Providing the first point of contact for support and maintenance of computer equipment
- Responsible for answering and resolving advanced product technical-support questions received from customers
- Assist customers with remote installation of new or rebuild existing computer's configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage, among others.
What we need:
- College Graduate or Undergraduate Graduate
- Amenable to work on Dayshift or Nightshift schedule
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Technically competent with advanced trouble shooting skills on hardware and software
