JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Fill-up vacancies in the respective malls assigned by optimizing area value and profitability
- Responsible in increasing the occupancy rate of all the malls under his/her accounts
- Responsible for establishing tenant zoning, tenant mix and rental matrix for assigned malls
- Responsible for hitting projected payback thru achievement of desired rental rate
- Responsible for overseeing all documentation pertaining to newly acquired tenants
- Leasing point person during the first year of the mall
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Marketing/Business Management/Property Management or other related courses.
- Knowledgeable in all facets of leasing operations. Negotiation Skills and Tenant management.
- Deep understanding in mall/retail and real estate industry
- Available to work when needed including weekends, holidays and must be willing to do fieldworks
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably 2 years specializing in property management/lease marketing in a supervisory level.
- Excellent communication both written and oral skills. Able to interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a high professional manner. Aggressive with please personality.
- Customer service orientated. Can do presentation and reports
- Computer literate in using MS Application (word, excel and PPT)
