JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll work with our Talent Acquisition team to find top quality talent who best match our job vacancies by identifying, engaging, screening and scheduling candidates for interview. This role includes, but is not limited to -
- Reviewing, understanding, and analyzing the job requirements and objectives provided by clients for role vacancies
- Seeking out active and passive candidates using various sourcing tools & techniques, including accessible job boards, social media platforms, Boolean searches, among others
- Crafting recruiting emails to interact with candidates with the purpose of generating interest for open or upcoming roles, appointment-setting, and providing relevant information on clients’ job vacancies
- Building and maintaining the talent pool for one or more job requisitions as necessary
- Creating, updating & maintaining candidate data in our internal company database/s and applicant tracking system
- Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to maintain efficient hiring processes, as well as identifying and relaying areas of improvement
- Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
